Baseball Recap: Loyal Gets the Win

The Loyal Greyhounds were able to grind out a solid victory over the Mishicot Indians on Saturday, taking the game 6-3.

Loyal now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Mishicot, their defeat was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Loyal will head out to square off against Gilman at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The game will give the Greyhounds their first taste of in-conference action this season. As for Mishicot, they will head out on the road to take on Algoma at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
