There's no place like home for High Plains, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Thursday. They took their matchup on Saturday with ease, bagging a 58-28 win over the Elba Bluejays. The Storm have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight games by 23 points or more this season.

Despite the defeat, Elba had strong showings from Blake Barg, who almost dropped a double-double on 11 points and nine rebounds, and Ethan Lange, who posted ten points and five boards. That was a full 35.7% of Elba's points, marking the third time in a row he's put up more than a third of the team's points.

High Plains pushed their record up to 12-5 with the victory, which was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 67.9 points per game. As for Elba, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost eight of their last nine contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-15 record this season.

High Plains didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 58-33 win against Meridian on the 4th. Elba has also already played their next game, a 61-21 loss against Heartland Lutheran on the 4th.
