After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Lighthouse Christian Academy, Seven Oaks Classical was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They put the hurt on the Medora Hornets with a sharp 3-0 victory. The Firehawks were shut out 3-0 the last time they took on the Hornets, so the Firehawks were just returning the favor.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Seven Oaks Classical took every set by at least 13 points. The final score came out to 25-5, 25-12, 25-9.

The win got Seven Oaks Classical back to even at 2-2. As for Medora, their defeat was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-3.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Seven Oaks Classical will welcome Cannelton at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Medora, they will challenge Southwestern at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
