Basketball Recap: Ray Takes a Loss

Ray was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They took a blow against Kenmare/Bowbells, falling 75-29. While losing is never fun, the Ray Jays can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' North Dakota basketball rankings (they are ranked 100th, while Kenmare/Bowbells are ranked fourth).

Ray's loss dropped their record down to 6-13. As for Kenmare/Bowbells, the win (which was their 11th in a row) raised their record to 16-2.

Ray does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Kenmare/Bowbells, they will venture away from home to take on Glenburn at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. Glenburn will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Kenmare/Bowbells surely won't give up without a fight.
