Softball Recap: Crooksville Has No Trouble Against Coshocton

Crooksville barely beat Coshocton the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Ceramics were the clear victors by an 11-1 margin over the Redskins on Monday. Considering the Ceramics have won five contests by more than five runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Rylee Chamberlin was incredible, going 3-for-4 with three runs, three RBI, and two doubles. Those two doubles gave her a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Dalena Rollison, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with two doubles, two RBI, and one run.

With the win, Crooksville broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 11-3. As for Coshocton, they are on an 18-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-16.

Crooksville will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Redskins: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
