Soccer Recap: Oneida Takes a Loss

Oneida was the 4-2 winner over Roane County when they last played one another back in May of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Indians fell 2-0 to the Yellowjackets on Thursday. Oneida have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Oneida's loss dropped their record down to 4-6-1. As for Roane County, the victory was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 7-5.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Oneida will venture away from home to face off against Powell at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Oneida are facing Powell at the right time seeing as Powell are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Roane County, they will head out to square off against Eagleton College & Career Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
