Basketball Recap: Morrisville-Eaton Piles Up the Points Against Otselic Valley

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Morrisville-Eaton). Couldn't have asked for a better way to wrap up 2024 than the 96-46 stomp they got against the Otselic Valley Vikings. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest win of the season.

Morrisville-Eaton's victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 4-4. As for Otselic Valley, their loss dropped their record down to 3-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Morrisville-Eaton will welcome New York Mills at 7:00 p.m. on January 7th. As for Otselic Valley, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against Madison Central at 7:00 p.m. Madison Central will roll in looking for their ninth straight win, something Otselic Valley surely won't give up without a fight.
