Basketball Recap: Marissa Lagarrigue Leads a Balanced Attack to Beat Pineview Christian

Central Christian saw some tournament action on Saturday. They came out on top against the Pineview Christian Warriors by a score of 44-33. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Saints.

Central Christian's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Marissa Lagarrigue, who went 6-for-13 on her way to 18 points. Those 18 points gave Lagarrigue a new career-high. Lydia Lentz was another key player, putting up eight points along with six rebounds and four steals.

Central Christian smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 16 offensive boards. That's the most offensive rebounds they've managed all season.
