Basketball Recap: Henrietta Comes Up Short

Henrietta and Tolar squared off in some playoff action on Monday, but Henrietta had to settle for second. They took a 44-39 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Rattlers. While losing is never fun, the Bearcats can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 479th, while the Rattlers are ranked 171st).

Henrietta's loss dropped their record down to 14-17. As for Tolar, they have been performing well recently as they've won 17 of their last 20 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 24-9 record this season.

As of now, neither Henrietta nor Tolar have any future games scheduled.
