Midlothian Heritage entered their tilt with Midlothian on Friday with seven consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with eight. They walked away with a 7-3 win over the Panthers. This was a revenge game for the Jaguars: when they faced off against the Panthers on March 4th, they had to take a 6-2 defeat.

Trinity Chittamai made a splash no matter where she played. She pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. Chittamai was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with one home run and two RBI.

In other batting news, Ava Robinson and Taylor Bilderback did most of the damage at the plate: Robinson went 2-for-3 with one home run and one double, while Bilderback scored two runs and stole a base while going 1-for-3. Rylee Parrish also deserves some recognition as she launched her first home run of the season.

Midlothian Heritage lost a few balls and finished the game with four home runs. That's the most home runs they've posted since back in March of 2024.

Midlothian Heritage pushed their record up to 18-7 with the victory, which was their seventh straight at home. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.6 runs on average over those games. As for Midlothian, their loss ended a five-game streak of away wins and brought them to 13-7-1.
