Basketball Recap: Round Lake Comes Up Short

Round Lake was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 26th straight loss dating back to last season. They were dealt a 72-20 defeat at the hands of the Grayslake Central Rams. The game marked the Panthers' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Round Lake's loss dropped their record down to 0-19. As for Grayslake Central, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 16-7 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Round Lake will challenge Lakes at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Grayslake Central, they will face off against Crystal Lake Central at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
