Baseball Recap: Woodland Hills Takes a Loss

Woodland Hills was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They came up short against the Mt. Lebanon Blue Devils, falling 7-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Blue Devils this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 16-4 on Tuesday.

Woodland Hills' defeat dropped their record down to 2-9. As for Mt. Lebanon, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 6-9.

While Woodland Hills had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
