Soccer Recap: Jordan Takes a Loss

Jordan lost against Columbus back in March of 2022, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. Jordan came up short against Columbus, falling 11-1. Jordan were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 5-0.

Jordan dropped their record down to 1-9 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road. As for Columbus, the victory was the eighth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 10-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Jordan will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Central at 5:30 p.m. on April 7. Jordan will be up against Central's rather soft defense (which has allowed 4.15 goals per match), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Columbus, they will face off against Kendrick at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Columbus is facing Kendrick at the right time seeing as Kendrick is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
