Basketball Recap: Julian Loder's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Hillsborough over Bloomingdale

Hillsborough was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against the Bloomingdale Bulls, falling 65-39. The matchup marked the Terriers' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Several Terriers players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Julian Loder, who posted eight points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jormeo Diaz, who put up nine points.

Hillsborough's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Bloomingdale, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 4-2 record this season.

Hillsborough wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 52-49 victory against Middleton on the 6th. Bloomingdale has also already played their next game, a 67-37 win against Lennard on the 6th.
