Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Coopersville). They never let the Sparta Spartans get on the board and left with a 7-0 win on Wednesday. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for Coopersville considering their one-goal performance the match before.

Coopersville moved to 5-6-2 with that victory, which also ended their three-game losing streak. As for Sparta, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-9-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Coopersville will venture away from home to square off against Wyoming at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Coopersville will be up against Wyoming's rather soft defense (which has allowed 6.09 goals per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Sparta, they will head out on the road to challenge Allendale at 6:45 p.m. on Monday.
