Harrison strolled into their game on Thursday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They came out on top against the Garfield Boilermakers by a score of 2-0. The Blue Tide were shut out 2-0 the last time they took on the Boilermakers, so the Blue Tide were just returning the favor.

Harrison easily took the second set, but they let things get interesting in the other. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-13.

Jonathan Petrillo paced Harrison's offense, picking up seven kills. Petrillo got some help from Jeremy Rivera and his 18 assists. Brayan Andrade controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Harrison's win was their sixth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 13-0. As for Garfield, their loss ended a 17-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 7-4.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Harrison will square off against Kearny at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Garfield, they will challenge Old Bridge at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
