McAllen won the last time they faced Pharr-San Juan-Alamo Southwest and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Bulldogs put the hurt on the Javelinas with a sharp 3-0 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Bulldogs.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 25-19, 25-15.

McAllen found their leader in sophomore Gabriella Saenz, who had nine digs and six assists.

McAllen's victory bumped their record up to 23-13. As for Pharr-San Juan-Alamo Southwest, they are on a 27-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-21.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. McAllen will face off against rival Pioneer at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. Meanwhile, Pharr-San Juan-Alamo Southwest is set to square off against their familiar foe Sharyland at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
