Hibbing entered their tilt with North Branch on Wednesday with two consecutive wins , and they'll enter their next game with three. They walked away with a 66-53 victory over the North Branch Vikings. Given the Bluejackets' advantage in MaxPreps' Minnesota basketball rankings (they are ranked 155th, while the Vikings are ranked 377th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Hibbing pushed their record up to 15-7 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 76.8 points over those games.
