Genesee Christian had already won nine in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 34.7 points) and they went ahead and made it ten on Friday. They strolled past Everest Collegiate with points to spare, taking the game 42-26. For the Soldiers, this counts as revenge for the 44-37 win Everest Collegiate walked away with the last time they faced one another back in March of 2024.

Genesee Christian's victory bumped their record up to 21-2. As for Everest Collegiate, the loss snapped their winning streak at nine games and leaves them with a 19-2 record.

Coming up, Genesee Christian will be taking part in a tournament against Our Lady of the Lakes at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. Genesee Christian's defense has only allowed 25.5 points per game this season, so Our Lady of the Lakes' offense will have their work cut out for them. Everest Collegiate does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
