Basketball Game Preview: Veritas Christian Academy Eagles vs. Crystal City Hornets

The Veritas Christian Academy Eagles will challenge the Crystal City Hornets at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Veritas Christian Academy has four straight victories, Crystal City has five straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the court.

Veritas Christian Academy will head into Friday's contest hoping to keep the good times rolling: they had to skate by with only a three-point margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the 25-point drubbing they dealt Silex on Friday. Veritas Christian Academy's win bumped their record up to 7-3. As for Crystal City, their loss dropped their record down to 1-6.
