After a string of three wins, The Sweet Home Panthers''s good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They took a hard 27-12 fall against West Seneca West. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Sweet Home in their matchups with West Seneca West: they've now lost six in a row.
Bernard Freeman had an outrageously good game for West Seneca West as he rushed for 245 yards and a touchdown while picking up 13.6 yards per carry. Freeman was no stranger to the big play, turning on the jets for a run that went for 60 yards.
Sweet Home's defeat dropped their record down to 6-3. As for West Seneca West, their win was their third straight on the road, which bumped their overall record up to 6-3.
