Basketball Recap: Henry Ford Academy: School for Creative Studies Comes Up Short

Henry Ford Academy: School for Creative Studies was the 92-9 winner over Cass Tech when they last played one another last Tuesday, but their luck changed this time around. The Henry Ford Academy: School for Creative Studies Mustangs were dealt an 82-34 defeat at the hands of the Cass Tech Technicians on Tuesday. While losing is never fun, the Mustangs can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Michigan basketball rankings (they are ranked 420th, while the Technicians are ranked 31st).

Henry Ford Academy: School for Creative Studies' loss dropped their record down to 5-13. As for Cass Tech, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 14-2.

Henry Ford Academy: School for Creative Studies will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on American International Academy at 7:00 p.m. on February 19th. Cass Tech has already played their next contest (against Ford), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
