After having lost a blowout in their previous game against White, Jefferson was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They never let the Adamson Leopards get on the board and left with a 3-0 victory. The Patriots might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four matches by three goals or more this season.

Jefferson moved to 5-7 with that win, which also ended their three-game losing streak. As for Adamson, they dropped their record down to 0-15 with the loss, which was their seventh straight at home.

Jefferson and Adamson could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Texas Rankings. Jefferson (ranked 564th) will meet Hillcrest (ranked 165th) at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Jefferson has given up an average of 3.2 goals per game this season, so hopefully the team got some defensive drills in this week. Meanwhile, Adamson will face off against Molina at 7:30 p.m. on Monday down 402 places (738 vs. 336).
