Winnebago won the last time they faced Morrison and things went their way on Saturday too. The Indians walked away with a 2-0 win over the Mustangs.

Winnebago never let Morrison on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. The final score came out to 25-15, 25-23.

Winnebago's victory ended a five-match drought at home and bumped them up to 9-17-2. As for Morrison, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last eight matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 11-15-3 record this season.

Winnebago will square off against Putnam County at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Morrison, they will head out to take on Erie-Prophetstown at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
