St. Thomas More Academy had already won five in a row and they went ahead and made it six on Friday. They put the hurt on the Thales Academy Rolesville Knights with a sharp 3-0 victory. That's more bragging rights for the Chancellors, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

The final score came out to 25-11, 25-17, 25-10.

St. Thomas More Academy can attribute much of their success to Portia Hale, who had 15 digs and two aces. Cecilia Dornan was another key player, getting eight digs and two aces.
