Baseball Recap: St. Helens Wins Going Away Against Banks

St. Helens barely beat Banks the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The St. Helens Lions blew past the Banks Braves 13-4 on Thursday. That's more bragging rights for the Lions, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

The win got St. Helens back to even at 1-1. As for Banks, their loss ended an 11-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 1-1.

Coming up, St. Helens will take on Manitou Springs in a tournament on Tuesday. As for Banks, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Pleasant Hill at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
