Kendrick came tearing into Friday's game with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 5.3 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They blew past the Lapwai Wildcats 32-5. The Tigers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three contests by seven runs or more this season.

Kendrick's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 4-2. The home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 24.3 runs over those games. As for Lapwai, they are on a 13-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-5.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Kendrick will face off against Genesee at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. The Tigers will need to watch out since the Bulldogs have now posted at least ten runs in their last five matches. As for Lapwai, they will square off against Clearwater Valley at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
