Football Recap: Ferris Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Ferris extended their losing streak to four on Friday, dropping them down to 0-4. They were dealt a 44-6 defeat at the hands of the Central Valley Bears. The Saxons were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 44-0.

Despite the loss, Ferris had strong showings from Samuel Colton, who rushed for 67 yards and one score, and Z'Khari Burgess, who rushed for 55 yards.

Central Valley's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-3. Their offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Brandon Knudsen had an outrageously good game as he rushed for 61 yards and one TD.
