Volleyball Game Preview: Mountain Crest Mustangs vs. Sky View Bobcats

Mountain Crest hasn't had much luck against Sky View recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Mustangs will venture away from home to face off against the Bobcats at 6:30 p.m.

Mountain Crest's tournament run continued when they took on Brighton on Friday. The Mustangs fell 2-0 to the Bengals. The Mustangs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Sky View entered their tilt with West Field on Thursday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Longhorns.

While Sky View won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. The final score came out to 25-19, 25-23, 25-16.

Mountain Crest's loss dropped their record down to 2-14. As for Sky View, their win was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 12-7.

Mountain Crest might still be hurting after the 3-0 defeat they got from Sky View in their previous meeting back in March. Can the Mustangs avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
