Nick Warmsley and Braden Reber provided fans with a highlight when they connected against Cedar City. The connection went for 77 yards, the longest such play in 3AA - South this season.

Desert Hills extended the longest winning streak in the league this week by beating the Redmen, 25-0. The victory was the fourth in a row for the Thunder.

Pine View's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Kody Wilstead threw for 394 and 4 touchdowns and Bladen Hosner had 127 yards receiving. On the ground Triston Duran contributed 106 yards. Colton Miller helped Pine View's passing attack out by catching 8 balls for 100 yards.

Next week's game between the Panthers and the Flyers will feature an aerial matchup as Wilstead tests his arm against Webster's defensive ability. Pine View's Wilstead has thrown for 1,521 yards and 17 touchdowns this year, while Webster has racked up 3 interceptions for Dixie.

A big matchup in the league this week will be when Carl Franke's team takes on Payson. The Thunder are currently in first, while the Lions are in fifth.

There should be lots of points scored when the Panthers and Blaine Monkres' team face off this week. The top two offenses in the league, Pine View comes in having scored 169 this season, while the Flyers have scored 151. The Panthers scored 56 points last week as they bested the Warriors.

Pine View was able to crack the Top 25 in the state rankings this week after defeating Snow Canyon. The Panthers came in at 24 in the state poll after placing at number 30 last week.
