Baseball Recap: Kanab Has No Trouble Against Parowan

Kanab won the last time they faced Parowan and things went their way on Friday too. The Cowboys blew past the Rams 10-3. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Cowboys.

Cooper Anderson and Kale Glover did most of the damage at the plate: Anderson scored a run and stole a base while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances, while Glover scored two runs and stole two bases while going 1-for-2. That's the most stolen bases Glover has posted since back in April of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Brady Ramsay, who scored two runs while going 2-for-4.

Kanab's record now sits at 10-6. As for Parowan, their loss was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 4-8.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Kanab will challenge rival South Sevier at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Cowboys 3.9, the Rams 2.2) so any runs scored will be well earned. Meanwhile, Parowan is set to square off against their familiar foe Milford at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
