Basketball Recap: Rison Comes Up Short

Rison was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They had to suffer through a 70-29 loss at the hands of the Dumas Bobcats. The matchup marked the Wildcats' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Rison's defeat dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Dumas, the win got them back to even at 8-8.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Rison is set to challenge their familiar foe Central at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Dumas will face off against rival McGehee at 8:00 p.m. on Friday.
