Softball Recap: Arendell Parrott Academy Takes a Loss

Arendell Parrott Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against the John Paul II Catholic Saints, falling 15-2. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Saints this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 19-5 two weeks ago.

Arendell Parrott Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 2-8. As for John Paul II Catholic, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-6-1 record this season.

Arendell Parrott Academy will host Cary Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Patriots will need to watch out since the Chargers have now posted at least ten runs in their last three contests. As for John Paul II Catholic, they will head out to face off against Martin County at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
