Basketball Game Preview: South Gwinnett Comets vs. Rockdale County Bulldogs

The South Gwinnett Comets will challenge the Rockdale County Bulldogs at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. South Gwinnett is coming into the contest on a four-game losing streak.

South Gwinnett lost 79-54 to Grayson on Tuesday. While losing is never fun, the Comets can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia basketball rankings (they are ranked 254th, while the Rams are ranked sixth).

Rockdale County played in conference for the first time on Tuesday and they got just the result they we're looking for. They came out on top against Grovetown by a score of 60-47. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Bulldogs.

Rockdale County's victory bumped their record up to 7-9. As for South Gwinnett, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-8.
