Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Issaquah walked away with it. They came out on top against the Bothell Cougars by a score of 59-52 on Tuesday. This was a revenge game for the Eagles: when they faced off against the Cougars back in January, they had to take a 54-39 loss.

When it comes to explaining why Bothell lost, don't look at Charlotte Lipkin. Despite the final result, she went 9-for-13 on her way to 33 points along with eight rebounds and three steals. The game was Lipkin's sixth in a row with at least 15 points.

The win made it two in a row for Issaquah and bumps their season record up to 17-10. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 66.0 points over those games. As for Bothell, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 16-8.

Issaquah didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 59-52 victory against Bothell/Inglemoor on the 18th. Bothell has also already played their next contest (against Lake Stevens), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
