It was a good run, but Francis Lewis unfortunately witnessed the end of their six-game winning streak on Thursday. They fell 6-3 to the West 50th Street Seahawks. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Patriots of the 12-1 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2023.

Francis Lewis saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Eddy Lazar, who went 1-for-4 with two RBI and one run.

Francis Lewis' defeat dropped their record down to 9-4. As for West 50th Street, their record is now 5-2.
