New Berlin Eisenhower entered their tilt with Waukesha North on Monday with four consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with five. They came within a single run of losing the streak, but they secured a 6-5 W against the Northstars. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Lions also won the last time the pair played back in April of 2024.

Jazmine Karls spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered just two earned (and three unearned) runs on four hits and racked up eight Ks. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than one walk in six consecutive appearances.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Jayda Karls, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and two RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Lexi Mainville, who went 1-for-3 with three RBI, one run, and one double.

New Berlin Eisenhower pushed their record up to 15-7 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. The home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.3 runs on average over those games. As for Waukesha North, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-17.

New Berlin Eisenhower has already played their next match (against Brookfield East), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Waukesha North, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Catholic Memorial at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Crusaders have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 12.13 runs per game on average), something the Northstars will no doubt try to take advantage of.
