Basketball Recap: Maranatha Baptist Christian Wins Going Away Against Full Life Christian Academy

Maranatha Baptist Christian's game back in December of 2024 was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They blew past the Full Life Christian Academy Falcons 63-42.

Full Life Christian Academy's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was JT Esfeller, who posted 19 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Colton Senseny, who had 14 points.

Maranatha Baptist Christian now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Full Life Christian Academy, they moved to 10-5 with that defeat, which also ended their four-game winning streak.

Maranatha Baptist Christian will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Stephens at 7:00 p.m. on January 30th. As for Full Life Christian Academy, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 59-43 win against Varsity Opponent on the 9th.
