Everett scored the most points they've had this season on Friday, but it wasn't enough. They took a blow against the Muskegon Big Reds, falling 100-60. The Vikings were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Big Reds apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in March of 2015.

Everett's loss dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Muskegon, the win keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Everett will challenge Catholic Central on January 4, 2025. As for Muskegon, they will square off against Jenison at 7:00 p.m. on January 3, 2025.
