The home team had won the previous five meetings between Weddington and Sun Valley, and Weddington kept the tradition alive. The Warriors walked away with a 3-1 win over the Spartans on Tuesday. This was a revenge game for the Warriors: when they faced off against the Spartans back in September, they had to take a 3-0 defeat.

While Weddington might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Sun Valley scored at least 21 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 22-25, 25-21, 25-22.
