Basketball Recap: St. Mary's Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact St. Mary can now relate to. They fell to the Nazareth Kingsmen 51-47. The contest marked the Gaels' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

It was another big night for Makylah Moore, who dropped a double-double with 18 points and ten rebounds for Nazareth. The matchup was Moore's ninth in a row with at least 18 points.

St. Mary's loss dropped their record down to 8-2. As for Nazareth, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 24-6 record this season.

As of now, neither St. Mary's nor Nazareth have any future games scheduled.
