Football Recap: Centura Centurions vs. Ord Chanticleers
Centura was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss dating back to last season. They were dealt a 44-0 defeat at the hands of the Ord Chanticleers. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Centurions of the 35-7 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2023.
Centura wouldn't let Ord keep a hold of the ball as they managed to force two fumbles. Centura can thank Ian Kapundu and Jace Campbell for forcing both of them.

Centura didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 27-8 loss against St. Paul on the 18th. Ord has also already played their next game, a 42-14 win against Cross County on the 18th.
