St. Dominic kept a clean sheet against Visitation Academy on Friday. They blew past the Vivettes 3-0. The final result isn't all the surprising considering St. Dominic's considerable advantage in MaxPreps' Missouri soccer rankings (they are ranked 15th, while Visitation Academy are ranked 107th).

St. Dominic pushed their record up to 10-5 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. Those road victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up zero goals over those three contests. As for Visitation Academy, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 11 of their last 12 games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-13-1 record this season.

St. Dominic will be playing in front of their home fans against Timberland at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Timberland's defense has only allowed 0.4 goals per game this season, so St. Dominic's offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Visitation Academy, they will venture away from home to square off against Ursuline Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
