Basketball Game Preview: Interstate 35 Roadrunners vs. Mount Ayr Raiders

Interstate 35 and Mount Ayr are an even 5-5 against one another since December of 2015, but not for long. The Interstate 35 Roadrunners will host the Mount Ayr Raiders at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Interstate 35 is probably headed into the contest with a chip on their shoulder considering Adair-Casey/Guthrie Center just ended the team's three-game winning streak on Thursday. They had to suffer through a 81-53 loss at the hands of Adair-Casey/Guthrie Center.

Meanwhile, Mount Ayr entered their matchup against Southeast Warren on Friday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. Mount Ayr was just a bucket shy of victory and fell 61-60 to Southeast Warren.

Interstate 35's loss dropped their record down to 8-7. As for Mount Ayr, their defeat ended a 12-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 16-4.
