 In what's become a running theme this season, Mendenhall gave their fans yet another huge  win on Tuesday. They blew past the Forest Bearcats 14-3. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Mendenhall also won the last time the pair played  back in March of 2018.
  Tyonna Coleman made a splash no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound,   tossing three innings while giving up just one earned run off   one  hit. Coleman has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't  given up  more than two  hits in three consecutive pitching appearances. Coleman was also solid in the batter's box,  scoring two  runs while going 1-for-3.
 In other batting news,  Maddi Brewer was  incredible,  going 3-for-4 with two  triples, three  RBI,  and a  stolen base. Another player making a difference was  Adrianna Catchings, who  scored two  runs while going 2-for-3.
 Mendenhall's victory  ended  a  three-game drought on the road  and  puts them at 4-3-1. As for Forest,  this is  the second loss in a row for them and  nudges their season record down to 6-3.
 Mendenhall will have a chance to go back-to-back against Forest: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled  at 6:30  p.m.  on Thursday.
