Volleyball Recap: South Central Comes Up Short

South Central lost against Orleans back in August of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Rebels lost 3-0 to the Bulldogs.

The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-12, 25-15.

Leading Orleans to victory were Meredith Lantis and Lilah Cheatham. Lantis had seven digs and four assists, while Cheatham had six digs. That's the most assists Lantis has posted since back in October of 2024.

South Central dropped their record down to 0-2 with the loss, which was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Orleans, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Coming up, South Central will take on Lanesville at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Orleans, they will face off against Mitchell at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
