Basketball Recap: Riverside Comes Up Short

Riverside lost against Milton-Union back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Riverside Pirates fell 52-45 to the Milton-Union Bulldogs.

Milton-Union found their leader in sophomore Levi Brumbaugh, who went 5 for 9 on his way to 17 points. Wyatt Kimmel was another key player, dropping a double-double with ten points and ten rebounds.

Riverside's loss dropped their record down to 7-15. As for Milton-Union, their victory ended a seven-game drought on the road and puts them at 5-16.

Riverside does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Milton-Union, they will be playing in front of their home fans against National Trail at 7:15 p.m. on Saturday.
