Softball Game Preview: Westwood Panthers vs. Central Cobras

Westwood hasn't had much luck against Central recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Panthers will take on the Cobras at 4:00 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Westwood is headed into Tuesday's game looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their 23rd straight game dating back to last season on Wednesday. They lost 19-0 to Jensen Beach.

Meanwhile, Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against Centennial, falling 20-4.

Central's loss dropped their record down to 5-12. As for Westwood, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-13.

Westwood might still be hurting after the 11-0 loss they got from Central when the teams last played back in March. Can the Panthers avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
