Alpaugh won the last time they faced Riverdale Christian and things went their way on Saturday too. The Buffalos sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 victory over the Ambassadors. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Buffalos have posted against the Ambassadors since October 9, 2023.

Alpaugh's victory bumped their record up to 5-7. As for Riverdale Christian, they are on a six-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-5.

Coincidentally, Alpaugh and Riverdale Christian will both be playing Kings Christian the next time they take the court. The Buffalos will head out to face the Crusaders at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, while the Ambassadors will host them at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
