Winning always takes teamwork, but on Tuesday Nathan Garner stepped things up a notch to give Petal the 'W'. Garner scored three runs and stole two bases while getting on base in two of his four plate appearances, which was good enough to set a new career-high in runs.

Garner's strong effort led Petal over Meridian and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
